After Booking your appointment you will be contacted to figure out the best means of support from our options. We have Remote Support of all devices (Win, Mac, iOS, Android). We offer FaceTime, Skype, Meet, and Messenger for Video chat walk-through’s. We have of course phone support, and we also offer email support with video walk-through’s and detailed instructions including screen shots.

Support plans will give you 24/7 on call support from a technician. A private email address that only handles tickets from you or your business. All employees can utilize the service. All weekly and Monthly support plans include real time support up to the minute it is required.

Free email support is sometimes included with our services, free email support does not include real time support. All Emails will be answered within 12hrs (usually no longer than 2hrs) Any complex support issues arising from the free email support will be serviced via email (may take up to 8hrs to create walk-through). If email support does not suffice you may have to purchase a block of remote support time. Free email support plans do not include remote support or video chat support.

 

Shipping and Mail-in service

 

If you mail us your device, you will be contacted after we receive your device. Payment will be negotiated and will be required prior to us shipping the repaired device back. Custom checkout links will be provided. Return shipping is free via UPS Ground and includes insurance.

If you need a Label, contact us and we will send you a prepaid label that you can print out and use to send us your device. The label is free of charge and only pay if we can fix the device. If we can not fix the device it will be returned to you free of charge via UPS Ground.

 

Cancellations and Refunds

 

We will refund service plans less the number of days that they plans were active. Any appointments that are canceled will be refunded in full. Mail-in Repair purchases for specific work can be refunded any time up to receipt of the device at our location.

 

Promo and Giveaway

 

All giveaways are by lottery. The more people who register the harder it becomes to win. We are a small business and currently there are not many registered. Once more people begin to register for the giveaways, we will begin to offer multiple giveaways that people can choose from to level the odds rather than only offer one gift. We also will increase the number of giveaways proportionally to the sign ups we receive. There will be many lesser promotional offers and giveaways throughout the month as we think of them or find the resources. Giveaway examples: $10 PlayStation Store Code, Netflix/Hulu Subscriptions, Disney+ subscriptions, 1month VPN service, $10 Steam Gift card, $10 Walmart gift cards, $10 GameStop Gift cards, and any other idea we have. Feel free to make suggestions!

Giveaways are monthly, by lottery only, and your email must be submitted at least 24hrs before the giveaway for your name to be included in the raffle. We reserve the right to discontinue the raffle and Giveaway promotion at any time and for any reason. We will use Facebook and other social media as needed to promote the giveaway and to publicize the lottery process. At any point that someone contests any part of our giveaway promotion we reserve the right to retain records of our transfer of the awarded gift, including communications with the recipient for use in dissuading any accusation of impropriety. If someone claims that we do not ever award the monthly gifts we may choose to show proof thereof to maintain our image and reputation. We offer this promotion as a gift for providing us your email for our newsletter. The newsletter itself will include coupons, promotions, and insider tips from tech experts that can help you in your daily life, but we did not consider that payment enough for trusting us with your email. So to make it worth the while, we created this giveaway promotion to give something back. We maintain that this is not an obligation and purchase of our services is not required to be included in the lottery.
