We are taking measures to limit our exposure to the virus and of course to limit our clients exposure to this novel corona-virus. We are offering free technology disinfecting and sanitizing during all service calls. We are offering pick-up/drop-off service as always, including free shipping labels for anyone who asks to send a device in for service. Any mailed in device will be disinfected before being re-shipped to the customer fixed. We also will be shipping all devices back to customers with a small spray bottle of 99% alcohol to be used in disinfecting your device again after transit. Remote Support is crucial to limit contact with other people. We are available 24/7 and will remain operational during the entire course of the pandemic. Our technicians are being screened weekly, and we are opting for remote support unless in-person service is absolutely necessary. We are also setting appointments with anyone in need of medical insurance. Right now it is important to have medical coverage in case you or your children contract the virus. Appointments are free and we will walk you through the entire online marketplace and State assistance websites. We will also assist with SNAP and Unemployment benefit applications. Last but not least we will also assist in Tax Filing for anyone who is having a problem filing now that they must shelter-in-place. We are offering this assistance as a service to limit the impact the virus has on our country and we have a limited number of techs so we will do the best we can to accommodate any one who asks,

Contact us here or send us an email and we can send you a free prepaid label to get your device over to us for service. We will handle everything and ship it back for free. You will only pay for the service.
Free Disinfecting
Businesses who are remaining open or have been forced to limit staff for any reason, may have tons of technology that still must be serviced, and we will be offering free cleaning and sanitizing service on all in-person service calls. Technology can be damaged if not sanitized properly. We want to pitch in where we can and keyboards and monitors can spread germs to an entire office.
